Ozone Blood Therapy

Ozone Therapy in Action: How it Works and How it Heals
Ozone therapy is most frequently administered through a process known as autohemotherapy. “Autohemotherapy involves the removal of 6-12 ounces of blood via a sterilized system which is then contained in a sterilized container. Once the blood is collected, ozone is injected into the container, the container and the blood are mixed together gently, allowing the red and white blood cells to take up the ozone. The ozonated blood is then returned to the body via the sterilized delivery system. The entire process takes often less than 1 hour.” [4]
Ozone therapy’s results also reveal a sharp contrast to that of more specific treatments such as chemotherapy or radiation: “unlike oxygen, ozone selectively kills cancer cells… ozone therapy attacks the pathogenic materials that don’t have a protective coating; it assaults diseased cells that proliferate but exist without adequate cell wall enzymes.”
